Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for marketing communications.
  • Lead the planning and creative process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Conduct pre- and post-production quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
  • Proactively recommend innovative design solutions for marketing proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually appealing designs that meet our brand's guidelines.
  • Work closely with writers to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Related degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative department or design firm.
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Expert knowledge in graphic production processes and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.).
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines in a team environment and adapt quickly to new projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in US processes is preferred.
  • Graduates from Tier 1 Institutes are preferred.
