As a Service Engineer on our team, you'll be at the forefront of designing and building systems that scale to meet the demands of a rapidly growing world. You'll work on troubleshooting, debugging, and automating new hardware validation systems, accelerating the velocity of new hardware enablement. With expertise in debugging complex multi-system issues and identifying ways to continuously scale, you'll be a key player in ensuring data privacy, protection, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement high-performance solutions across teams while maintaining a quality checklist with minimal help.
  • Monitor telemetry data and perform analyses to identify patterns that reveal errors and unexpected problems.
  • Respond to incidents by identifying the level of impact, troubleshooting basic issues, deploying the appropriate fixes, and implementing automations to prevent recurring issues.
  • Collaborate within and across teams by proactively and systematically sharing information.
  • Improve the development and operations of systems, platforms, or product features by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiating actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate.
  • Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
