Fashion Commerce Strategist

Pinklay is seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Specialist to expand our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces. This role requires someone who deeply understands the dynamics of fashion e-commerce, from onboarding to scaling, optimizing operations, and driving growth.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of Pinklay across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
• Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
• Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
• Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with marketplace account managers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
• A genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
