Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer at Dhanaay, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our digital products, encompassing architecture, development, DevOps, security, and other engineering aspects. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of financial technology with a supportive and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full Product Development : Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services. Handle both frontend and backend development to ensure a seamless user experience.

2. Architecture & Design : Contribute to the architectural decisions and ensure that the system is robust, scalable, and secure.

3. DevOps : Manage deployment processes and oversee continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

4. Security : Implement security best practices to protect applications and data.

5. Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

6. Innovation & Learning : Stay current with industry trends and technologies. Apply new knowledge to improve the development process and product.

Requirements :

1. Education : Graduates from premier colleges such as IITs, IIITs, or equivalent institutions are preferred.

2. Technical Skills :

a. Frontend : Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

b. Backend : Experience with backend development, preferably with knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python.

c. Database : Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
