Senior Data Scientist Position

We're seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML models for mortgage automation agents.

This role involves crafting sophisticated models for creditworthiness prediction, fraud detection, income verification, document intelligence, and conversational agents.

The ideal candidate will ensure models are accurate, explainable, and compliant with regulatory frameworks.

  • Experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers is essential.
  • NLP expertise: NER, summarization, Q&A, OCR (Tesseract, Amazon Textract, Azure Form Recognizer) is required.
  • A deep understanding of statistical modeling, risk scoring, credit analytics, fraud detection is necessary.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of mortgage underwriting, risk modeling, KYC/AML checks is crucial.
  • A strong foundation in responsible AI practices (fairness, accountability, transparency) is vital.
