Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive advisor onboarding, manage outreach, and execute initiatives that strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and onboard financial advisors onto our platform.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
  • Presentation of the platform's value proposition and guidance through the onboarding process.
  • Support deal origination, tracking, and execution by coordinating between advisors and entrepreneurs.

Marketing & Brand Building

  • Plan and execute campaigns to attract advisors and entrepreneurs to our platform.
  • Management of social media channels including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Development of concepts and campaigns (posts, reels, infographics, newsletters) to increase reach and visibility.
  • Collaboration with leadership to design targeted strategies for advisor engagement and platform adoption.
  • Tracking of analytics and generation of reports on campaign performance.

Relationship Management

  • Building and maintenance of strong relationships with onboarded advisors to ensure long-term engagement.
