Backend Developer Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on building and maintaining scalable systems using PHP CodeIgniter or Laravel, integrating with front-end interfaces, and participating in the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust backend systems using PHP and frameworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel.
  • Integrate backend systems with front-end interfaces to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases to ensure scalability and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks like Laravel.
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Familiarity with Front-End Development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development principles and RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in LMS development or the education technology domain is a plus.
