Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Telecoms Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing telecommunications equipment in the Ukhrul area.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure and test telecommunications equipment, including fibre optic cables and wireless networks.
  • Maintain and repair existing telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in new technologies and emerging trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecoms field engineering, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
