Software Engineering Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of high-quality software from conception. As a key team member, you'll create efficient and scalable programs that deliver exceptional user experiences.

This hands-on engineering position requires staying on top of details and working across multiple technologies to own and solve problems from design to delivery. Your passion for innovation and problem-solving will drive our product forward, and your expertise will shape our technical roadmap.

You'll collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to uphold our high engineering standards and maintain consistency in our codebases and processes. We foster a culture of excellence through collaboration, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.

  • Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, and efficient distributed systems using micro-services architecture.
  • Create scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using TypeScript.
  • Solve complex design problems and UI compatibility issues across browsers.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience building web applications with Node.js, React, and a solid understanding of software construction.
  • Proficiency in Responsive Web Design and Development, and a passion for building UIs with modern tools like ES6, React, Redux, and Webpack.
  • Intense curiosity and passion for diving deep into multiple technologies, platforms, and problem spaces.
  • Strong product and design sensibilities, with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Ability to write testable, maintainable code that is easy to understand.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
  • Experience with programming languages and tools, including but not limited to Node.js / JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Git, Linux, Amazon Web Services, REST, Web Technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a similar field is desirable.
