About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in collecting, cleaning, and transforming datasets from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of data from various sources.
  • SQL Query Development: Design and implement complex SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and analyze data.
  • Data Visualization: Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights and findings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and KPIs.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data validation, quality checks, and governance practices are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions).
  • Knowledge/Experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn for analysis & visualization).
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and analytical solutions.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Exposure to ETL processes and data pipelines.
