Roles and Responsibilities
- Effectively delegate tasks to execute Tax Client Service Team's (CST) deliverables.
- Supervise and closely review service delivery, processes, and controls to ensure seamless support to CST.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to resolve ambiguous situations, conflicts, and escalations.
- Deliver high-quality work to CST amidst changing regulatory environments.
- Maintain and review operational and people metrics with PLs/Management regularly.
- Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets.
- Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by team.
- Ensure effective utilization of self and junior team members.
- Drive collaboration and inclusion among team members.
- Comply with office operating procedures, including timesheets, dress code, leaves, office time, goal setting, interim, and year-end reviews.
- Awareness about internal & external regulatory/independence requirements and strict compliance.
- 5-7 years of experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates with team leading experience will be preferred.
