International Relocation Specialist

This is a highly specialized role responsible for coordinating global relocation initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relocation benefit packages, including international assignments, permanent transfers, and local relocations for new hires and existing employees.
  • Prepare detailed relocation estimates and obtain necessary approvals before proceeding.
  • Collaborate with external immigration experts to facilitate work permit applications and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of relocation documents and ensure timely filing.
  • Develop strong relationships with external mobility vendors, including relocation, immigration, and tax services.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a Mobility role, preferably within an international organization.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with proven ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
