Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products throughout various stages of production. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, monitoring processes, and identifying potential quality issues to guarantee compliance with specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Powder Coating Inspection: Verify the quality of powder-coated components to ensure they meet exacting standards.
  • Base Frame QC: Conduct meticulous examinations on base frames to detect any defects or irregularities.
  • Final Product Inspection: Perform exhaustive checks on completed products to verify their quality and functionality.
  • In-process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues early on and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Quality Control Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Quality Control Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control procedures, including inspection protocols and documentation.
