Technical Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-notch training and contributing to the creation and enhancement of training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, tailoring content to learners at various skill levels.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions, providing guidance on Java, front-end, and back-end technologies.
  • Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to enhance the overall training program.
  • Maintain records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in academia with significant experience in technical content development or curriculum design.
  • Strong command over C++ or Java with a solid grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles or solutioning is a strong plus.
  • Tech qualifications that reflect strong technical foundations are a plus.
