Job Title: Community Reputation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

A results-driven professional with a strategic mindset, able to think and act like our clients' Vision, Values, and Goals.

Core Objectives:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS:
  • Liaise daily with clients and media via telephone and email to establish and maintain strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, media, and marketing teams.
  • MANAGE CRISIS COMMUNICATION:
  • Manage the PR aspect of a possible crisis, ensuring 100% client retention by managing client expectations and providing them with information about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.

Media Monitoring & Coverage:

  • Monitor traditional and digital media including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires for opportunities and track publications, magazines, and websites.
  • Collate, analyse, and evaluate media coverage to strategize, enable execution, and create quarterly roadmaps.

Publicity & Campaign Management:

  • Plan publicity strategies and campaigns, prepare briefs, scripts, campaign taglines, and responses for interviews, write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media.
  • Promote news stories and features through various channels to increase visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field. Proven track record of success in public relations, communications, or marketing.
