**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Civil Engineering Designer to join our team at KALPATARU PROJECTS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing civil engineering solutions for low to high voltage power substations, working closely with our team of engineers and consultants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis and design software, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design RCC/Steel Structures & Foundations for low to high voltage power substations
  • Prepare optimized civil & structural bills of quantities for pre-bid tenders
  • Conduct technical discussions with consultants and clients to ensure approval of design documents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and clients

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree or professional certification preferred
  • 5-15 years of experience in design and engineering, with experience on international projects an advantage
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
