Job Summary:

Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience working with CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, and maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, while tracking and processing sales orders for timely delivery and invoicing.
  • Liaise with the sales team, internal departments, and external clients to ensure smooth communication and meet sales targets.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients, monitor sales performance, and help the team achieve key performance indicators.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive sales and client information, and manage CRM tools for data accuracy.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
