Job Role Overview

As a frontline liaison for prospective students, you will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and admissions processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Student Engagement: Respond to prospective students via email, phone, and chat to provide personalized guidance on program offerings, admission prerequisites, application timelines, and financial aid options.
  • Information Sessions: Conduct campus tours, open-house events, and virtual recruitment sessions to showcase university programs and facilities.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (education, communications, marketing preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in higher education admissions or student services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain applicant records with accuracy in the CRM system.
  • Provide routine analytics and reporting on inquiries, applicants, admit rates, and conversions.
  • Attend college fairs, high school visits, community events, and virtual recruitment sessions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Aid in developing recruiting materials.
  • Assist in admissions projects.
