Job Opportunity: AR Caller Role

About the Position

The Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join their team. As an AR Caller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Company's day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update follow-up notes in patient accounts
  2. Mainly focus on quality and quantity in all accounts worked
  3. Set follow-up ticklers and forward calling backlogs to the day team
  4. Work on In-bound patient calls in emergency situations
  5. Review appeals and forward them to clients
  6. Ensure appeal packets are utilized by the AR team properly
  7. Generate Insurance Collection summary reports grouping by insurance and sub-grouping
  8. Generate Excel add-in reports to identify secondary payer billing or balance movement to patients
  9. Update appeal packets periodically
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Caller in the Accounts Receivables domain
  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree with minimum 1 year of experience
  • Qualities such as good problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent job and technical knowledge, speed and efficiency, teamwork, willingness to learn, perform under pressure, excellent communication and listening skills, initiative, regularity and punctuality, good time management and leave management, adaptability and flexibility, and ethics
