Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious AI/ML Fresher to join our team at a leading technology firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in the AI/ML domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust backend software solutions primarily using Python with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks often serving AI-powered features.
  • Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize cloud platforms for application development and deployment demonstrating a willingness to explore and master new cloud and AI/ML specific services.
  • Architect and implement Generative AI solutions including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • Work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs) exploring fine-tuning prompt engineering and optimal model selection.
  • Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or similar enable autonomous and multi-step reasoning.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including AI Researchers and Data Scientists to translate cutting-edge research into impactful deployable solutions.
  • Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

  • Intellectual Curiosity:
  • A strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement particularly in the AI/ML domain.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges independently especially in areas like AI model integration and optimization.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platform services ideally including AI/ML services.
  • In-depth knowledge of API development preferably with FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts LLMs and their applications.
  • Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
  • Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration tools.
