Job Title: Strategic Procurement LeadThe Senior Manager Procurement will develop and execute a procurement strategy that drives innovation, cost optimization, and quality improvement across the organization.This role requires a strong understanding of Raw Material procurement, nuances of manufacturing, supply, and other critical factors necessary for Raw Material supply robustness, as well as experience in managing complex and transformational projects with cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with business objectives, including driving category strategies and delivering balanced scorecards on financials, quality improvement, sustainability, and environmental/regulatory compliance.
  • Lead a team to ensure security of supply of Excipients and Raw Materials across the supply network, implementing derisking programs through dual sourcing and regional derisking in response to evolving geopolitical situations.
Risk Management:

  • Partner with suppliers and sites to ensure security of supply of Excipients and Raw Materials across the supply network.
Procurement Fundamentals:
  • Drive category strategies and deliver balanced scorecards besides financials on Quality improvement, sustainability, environmental/regulatory compliance aligned with Business Objectives.
  • Support end-to-end cost optimization, complexity reduction, and supplier relationship management enabling to win in the Category.
Innovation Growth:
  • Partner with OTC and Oral Health to build a best-in-class Innovation pipeline to address unmet business needs to support Haleon's growth ambition by leveraging external collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering/Tech + MBA, knowledge of Raw Material procurement, good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain cost drivers, and ability to influence them.
