Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team.

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network and security devices.
  • Deploy SD-WAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SD-WAN.
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, critical event support ensuring high uptime of network and security environment.

Network Engineers in this role will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing new network architectures to troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs, and industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical debt by regularly upgrading network and security components based on OEM recommendations.
  • Defining technology roadmaps and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in retail industry within IT infrastructure department-network administration function.
  • CCNA OR CCNP certification is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, STP, VLANs).
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Familiarity with any one of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI, IBM).
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Exposure to automation & scripting is good to have.
  • Experience of IT operations in a multinational company.
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, communication and cooperation ability, high degree of independence.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
