Senior Creative Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Copywriter to join our team. As a Senior Copywriter at schbang, you will play a key role in developing and implementing creative strategies across multiple brands.

  • Creative duties include campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting for various industries.
  • You will work with the New Business team to develop creative ideas and showcase them for pitches.
  • Presenting the entire creative plan for any campaign or narration of any script to clients on behalf of the brand.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure that all creative work meets an award-winning standard and identify opportunities for recognition through various awards.
  • You will report to the Creative Lead, who will provide overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Daily coordination with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas or concepts developed by your team.
  • Break down briefs to junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that allow for ideation and finesse while meeting client goals.
  • Active presentation throughout the production process from idea to final product upload, whether for an event, shoot, post, or other creative articulation of an idea.

A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, skills, and experience is essential for this position.
