About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Automation Architect to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our Information Technology team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end test automations across various functions and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping all Test Automation technologies & environments up to date.
  • Designing and analyzing CoE systems.
  • Identifying customer requirements, analyzing alternatives, and recommending solutions related to software, platform, and network configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (CS, IT, etc).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Minimum 4+ years in solution design and architect roles.
  • Minimum 4+ years in automation development, and 2+ years leading test automation technologies such as UiPath RPA.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture, IT systems, and SAP modules (FI, O2I, P2P).
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology and API development.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize critical tasks and projects.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to take the initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in RFPs, RFQs, estimations, feasibility studies, and assigning automation tasks based on skills and availability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Solution Architect Certification and Advanced Developer Certification.
  • Experience in managing consultants, vendor/3rd parties to explore new ways of working, best industry practices, etc.
  • Experience in integration testing and performance testing tools and technologies.
  • Experience working with cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Azure).
