About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Business Development Manager where you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographic area or territory.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth. They will also possess strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets, business growth, and profitability goals.
  • Identify key accounts and potential customers within the assigned territory and focus on expanding market share.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to closing deals and post-sale follow-up.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies for optimal sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
