Job Title: Data Quality Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in data quality management? Do you have a passion for process excellence and driving business growth?

This exciting opportunity will see you leading the development and implementation of robust data quality frameworks, leveraging Lean methodologies to optimize processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence.

As our ideal candidate, you will bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in data quality management, data analysis, or process excellence roles
  • Proven experience in applying Lean methodologies (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA) to data workflows
  • Strong understanding of data quality dimensions (accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and validity)
  • Certifications as Certified Lean Practitioner (CLP) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
