Technical Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as the technical leader, providing architecture guidance, driving technology strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise solutions across cloud, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions and technical blueprints.
  • Lead the design, development, integration, and deployment phases of project lifecycles.
  • Ensure architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance are met across all technical layers.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, including mentoring and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
  • Identify technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of architecture-related issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovation within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in backend technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (certification is a plus).
  • Proficient in API design, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of database systems relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead architecture discussions and make technical decisions confidently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, ETL pipelines, and real-time processing (Kafka, Spark).
  • Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies and enterprise architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Prior experience in leading teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
