**Job Summary**

Merck Group is seeking an experienced SAP Security Specialist to join our team. As an SAP Security Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the security of SAP systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage authorization roles across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori, RPA & BTP environments.
  • Design and implement SAP authorization templates, policies, and procedures for effective governance, risk management, and compliance within the SAP system.
  • Document and update standard procedure documents.
  • Work extensively on ERP change requests, manage CAB meetings, and deliver changes on-time.
  • Understand SAP GRC products, authentication mechanisms, and integration technologies with SAP Private cloud along with traditional SAP security topics.
  • Keep the SAP GRC system up-to-date to meet the organization's requirements, including defining rule sets, access controls, and segregation of duties.
  • Maintain high support and responsiveness by regularly meeting with supported business areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-9 years of relevant SAP Security & GRC work experience.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA technologies and SAP security fundamentals.
  • Expertise in authorization concepts, SAP ECC, BI, HR, Fiori, and BTP.
  • Good experience in change and incident management process management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CISSP or CISA certification is a plus.
