About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React Developer who has hands-on experience building consumer-facing applications, preferably mobile apps, and has successfully contributed to or self-published a live app. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to a product designed to impact millions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy React Native applications for the Google Play Store
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ship features
  • Maintain app assets in Google Play
  • Optimize app performance and troubleshoot debug issues as they arise
  • Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality

Qualifications

  • Work within an agile environment to meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution (e.g., IIT, BITS, or other tier-1)
  • 2+ years of experience with React Web and TypeScript
  • React Native experience preferred
  • Solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  • Experience working in consumer startups is highly preferred
  • Experience building with LLM APIs is highly preferred
  • Proficient in React Native, React Navigation, React Query, Context API, React Native Firebase, and React Native UI/UX component libraries
  • Experience implementing push notifications and A/B Testing, setting up framework and launching, evaluating A/B test results
  • Experience with native iOS and Android development
  • Contributions to open-source software projects
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows
