Legal Automation Specialist

Job Description:

  • Expertise in Relativity/iConect Platforms
  • Manage simultaneous projects across clients, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Client-facing role with daily status reports and metrics to Project Managers.
  • Create review, breach review, and QC workflows in collaboration with PMs.
  • Perform quality assurance on batches released by team members, identifying error trends and implementing remedial actions.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders on queries and provide technical guidance to MDR and CIR TLs.
  • Develop STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, and run analytics for projects.
  • Monitor hourly productivity metrics and perform QA on reviewed data.
  • Promote quality and productivity of projects.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Attorney Required
  • 1+ years APM experience; total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years required.
  • Strong legal support/technical background.
  • Technical experience including SharePoint, Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in shifts according to project requirements.

This role requires an individual with excellent organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
