Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, conducting gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements as needed. They will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of solutions against requirements.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, as well as proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but a plus).
