Document Creator Role

You will be responsible for developing and revising technical documentation for electro-mechanical assemblies, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPC), Service Bulletins, and Temporary Revisions
  • Produce procedures and functional descriptions by interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams
  • E nsure all documentation meets industry standards (e.g., ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D), regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA), and internal quality guidelines
  • Familiarity with structured documentation formats such as XML or SGML
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, IsoDraw CAD Process, or CorelDRAW for technical illustrations
  • Strong knowledge of ATA 100, ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D, and Simplified Technical English
  • Understanding of S1000D data module structure and CGM/SVG integration for illustrations
  • Experience working with CAD tools like CATIA V5, UG (NX), and SolidWorks to generate accurate visuals

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CAD software and technical illustration tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
