A leading organization seeks a dynamic Product Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services. The ideal candidate will work with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients to provide tailored support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Training: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboarding & Handholding: Provide ongoing support and coaching to new Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies.
  • Continuous Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training to help RMs overcome challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with management to track performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring teams is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
