AI Engineer Position

We're seeking an accomplished AI professional to design and develop cutting-edge intelligent systems for the legal tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable agentic AI solutions that execute complex workflows and reason over large datasets.
  • Research, implement, and fine-tune ML/DL models, particularly in NLP/NLU.
  • Develop autonomous legal agents capable of document interpretation, decision-making, and collaboration with users or other agents.
  • Utilize frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and OpenAI Function Calling to build multi-agent workflows.
  • Enhance large language models using PEFT, LoRA, and RAG techniques for domain-specific challenges.
  • Design robust infrastructure for managing AI lifecycle: training, inference, monitoring, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with legal experts, product managers, and engineers to create explainable and trustworthy AI systems.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science, with expertise in ML and NLU.
  • Proven experience building or integrating agentic AI systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy.
  • Experience developing and scaling ML models in production.
  • Understanding of LLM training, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning.
  • Experience with text and semantic information extraction from structured/unstructured documents.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for creating autonomous systems that solve real-world problems.
