Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Remote Medical Researcher. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth medical research, analyzing complex patient cases, and developing innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostic Analysis: Conduct thorough diagnostic analysis of patient cases, identifying symptoms, and proposing diagnoses supported by relevant medical imaging.
  • Medical Pathophysiology: Develop and explain the underlying mechanisms of diseases, utilizing diagrams, charts, and simulations to illustrate key concepts.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Make informed clinical decisions, interpreting lab results and imaging, and explaining the rationale behind chosen courses of action.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative and lateral thinking abilities with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent structured communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of core medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine.
  • U.G or PG qualifications in medicine (MBBS, BDS, MD/MS/DNB/MDS) or Post PG (DM, MCh) are preferred.
