Job Overview:

We're on a mission to deliver comprehensive support and holistic wellness solutions. As India's first inclusive mobile app, we empower individuals to recognize, prevent, and overcome challenges like abuse, mental health struggles, and relationship issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide empathetic assistance to users with abuse, mental health, and trauma cases via voice and non-voice channels.
  2. Conduct thorough user assessments, evaluating symptoms, identifying risk factors, and creating personalized plans.
  3. Offer crisis intervention, assessing safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating referrals for further care if needed.
  4. Educate clients about rights violation, mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources.
  5. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including content creation.
  6. Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  7. Pursue ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about current developments in the field.
  8. Raise awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health to reduce stigma and advocate for holistic wellness.
  9. Engage with clients professionally while actively listening to their concerns.
Requirements:
  1. Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling.
  2. Preferred candidates specialized in counselling psychology.
  3. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
  4. Typing speed of 30-35 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  5. Ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice.
  6. Deep understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being.
  7. Collaborative team player.
  8. Structured and conceptual approach to work.
  9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
