We are a cutting-edge technology firm based in Pune, looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Marketing Lead at BayOne Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness, leads, and growth through innovative marketing strategies. With a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and brand building, you will lead our team in developing compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities

**Brand Development & Positioning**: Establish a strong and differentiated brand identity, develop messaging that resonates with our audience, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.

**Inbound Lead Generation**: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow the inbound lead funnel. Leverage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to improve discoverability and conversions.

**Digital Marketing**: Run and manage paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and analyze performance metrics to optimize for ROI.

**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers to create high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that aligns with our overall brand strategy and drives engagement.

**Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.

**Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a startup environment.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and LinkedIn.
  • A proven track record of designing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
