About this role:
  • We're seeking a skilled Senior AWS Connect Developer to design and develop cloud-based contact center solutions.
  • Create dynamic and personalized customer interactions through API integrations, Lambda functions, and Lex bots.
  • Bulk and automate operations with API-driven workflows to streamline processes and enhance agent efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • AWS Service Integration: Develop seamless customer interactions using AWS services.
  • Automation & Optimization: Streamline operations with API-driven automation workflows.
  • IVR/CTI Customization: Customize IVR systems and CTI integrations for advanced call handling and reporting features.
  • System Administration: Manage high-performance AWS resources including DynamoDB, S3, and Lambda.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain clear documentation of system architecture and workflows.

We require a senior developer with extensive experience in designing and developing cloud-based contact center solutions.

Candidates should have strong collaboration skills and be proficient in configuring contact flows, Lambda integrations, and API-driven automation.
