Job Summary

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives. As the MDM Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable MDM solutions that address our data quality requirements and align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Model Design: You will design data models and metadata structures to meet our organizational needs.
  • Data Quality Frameworks: Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to our organization's needs.
  • Data Cleansing and Remediation: Design and implement processes to address data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.
  • Metadata Management: Establish metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead interface discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools, and techniques.
  • Metadata and Reference Data Management expertise.
  • Experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
