Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.

- Utilize TOGAF methodologies to drive architecture development and transformation initiatives.
- Implement and manage architecture tools such as Orbus or LeanIX to support visualization, analysis, and governance of enterprise architecture.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, recommending technology solutions that enhance business performance.
- Facilitate architecture review boards and ensure adherence to architecture principles and standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams on enterprise architecture practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of current architecture against business needs and emerging technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF and experience in its practical application.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools such as Orbus, LeanIX, or similar.
- Proven experience in developing architecture roadmaps, standards, and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
