Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, including gathering business requirements, leading solutioning sessions, and providing recommendations for business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM, and FA modules
  • Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and lead solutioning sessions
  • Provide recommendations for business process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience as a functional resource
  • 4+ years of experience implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), and Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and user training
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
