Role Summary:

We seek a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, set up, and manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign decisions.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click (CPC), and revenue growth.
  • Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets for improved click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for stakeholders, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling E-commerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Analytics Certification.
  • Experience in remarketing funnels and dynamic product ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
