Job Title:

Solution Architect - Microsoft Power Platform

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • This role requires a strong technical background in Microsoft stack and Power platform development, with a focus on creating secure and compliant self-service environments.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with governance boards, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, providing technical guidance and best practices where needed.
  3. Foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team, mentoring and coaching other developers to strengthen their skills.
  4. Have a Zero Trust mindset to ensure secure and compliant solutions build on the Power Platform.
  5. Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and the Product Architect (PA) to prioritize development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate from reputed institute.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
