We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to manage and grow key Global In-house Centers (GICs) / Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic point of contact for key GIC/GCC clients in India.
  • Develop and implement effective client relationship management strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services.
  • Manage and track T&M contracts, renewals, extensions, and resource lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in client/account management with a focus on staffing/T&M services.
  • Strong understanding of the GIC/GCC landscape in India.
  • Proven success in handling large staffing accounts (100+ headcount) across multiple verticals.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, SLAs, sourcing models, and compliance practices.
