Job Title: Manual QA Engineer

Manual QA Engineer Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual QA Tester to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of end-to-end testing of e-commerce workflows such as product listings, cart functionality, checkout, and payment integration.

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can review and analyze system specifications and business requirements. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases (manual) for web and mobile platforms
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, and UI testing for e-commerce features
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
  • Validate fixes and conduct re-testing as needed
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester
  • Proven experience testing e-commerce platforms or applications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Experience working with issue tracking tools like JIRA
