We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, and overseeing performance management, employee relations, and career development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversees performance management, employee relations, and career development programs.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
