Job DescriptionThis role involves researching for advisory assignments and drafting written opinions on tax advisory for International tax and tax advisory for M&A transactions. You will also be able to resolve tax queries received by clients and get notes ready for circulation to clients for any update in Income-tax Act and related acts.
You will be required to draft opinions for advisory matters and file form 15CA and 15CB for foreign remittances.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Chartered Accountant with 2-6 years of post qualification experience
- Candidates must have relevant experience in reputed tax firms
- Excellent drafting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be living in Gurugram or adjacent to Gurugram/open to relocate
