Chief Financial Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to oversee our accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting, with a strong background in statutory compliance and payroll management.
- The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring accurate and systematic recording of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and Statutory Compliance:
- Maintain and review records of invoices, expense bills, receipts from payment gateways, FIRC, etc.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and finalize books of accounts.
- Manage trackers such as Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions.
Payroll Management:
- Process payroll using GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, or other software, in compliance with statutory acts such as the Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, Shops and Establishment Act, and other labour laws.
- Collect income tax declarations and compute TDS as per Section 192.
- Generate Form 16 after collecting investment proofs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, statutory compliance, and payroll management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing payroll processes ensuring timely payments.
