We are seeking a highly creative and dynamic marketing professional to join our team at Koffeetech Communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, managing collaborations, and driving impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Influencer Relationship Management: Identify, connect, and build long-term relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Negotiation and Coordination: Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and coordinate with internal teams (social media, content, design) for campaign execution.
- Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze influencer campaign performance to ensure ROI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, creative mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
This role requires a proactive approach, innovative thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a skilled influencer marketer who can develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results.
