- Employee Onboarding: Ensure new hires receive comprehensive orientation and support for a seamless transition into the team.
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities to boost morale, motivation, and employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Regularly assess employee performance, growth, and areas for improvement.
- Employee Relations: Address queries, concerns, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Employee Retention: Analyze exit interviews to recommend strategies for improving retention rates.
- Facility Management: Oversee maintenance, electrical systems, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet services.
- Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, security, and indoor plants to maintain a comfortable work environment.
- Cafeteria and Inventory Management: Coordinate food services and inventory levels to meet team needs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to building regulations and codes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience in facility management and administration is an asset.
